Ordered food on screen but couldn't pay as no table nos available. No food on display. Said 10-15 min wait but had to get refund after 35 mins as they changed the wait to 1hr and we had somewhere else to be.Not enough staff to serve or clean tables even though cafe was only one third full. Quite a big place with lots of choice. Staff are friendly and don't mind helping if you can't find what you need. Plenty of parking and easy to get to.
