The chicken was absolutely swimming in oil, burnt chicken and tasted absolutely disgusting. Most of it went in bin. Gloopy gravy that wobbled, chips were also soggy and literally dripping in grease. Avoid this place at all cost, in fact it?s put me off KFC for life.

Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes, not even an acknowledgement from staff. Eat in was closed a 9pm even though advertised to close at 10. Used to use regularly, will never use again, a disgrace to the KFC brand.

Absolutely disgusting .chicken over cooked .my wife took our grand daughter to the toilets and had to come out. The toilets were covered in faeces and made them feel sick. Never again. kFC.ltd .uk should give some serious attention to who they give these franchises to because they are seriously letting the brand down

Ordered kfc to take home for the family absolutely disgusting ????? all thrown in bag no lid on the bucket for ones and boneless banquet ls not even boxed up and it was awful wouldnt even feed it to the dogs this place needs sorting out

20 minute wait in drive through no movement, went inside, waited another 29 minutes to half an order! Good missing, cold, watery gravy, minimal chips, cold chicken, 5 popcorn chicken in a bag, Never again felt sick all night after eating! Foul

Called this afternoon 9 piece offer for £5.99 usually very good today I got 7 drumsticks and 2 tiny wings. If you are going to offer these discounts at least honour them instead of giving all the smaller pieces. I use this KFC weekly and would like an explanation as to the poor management that has allowed this to happen. Poor or no staff training comes to mind or even company cut backs. This complaint has been escalated to wider KFC as these staff need to understand that my money is as good as the next persons.

Ordered online thought it would be quicker. Waited ages in the drive through. Got to the hatch, nobody spoke to us, just waited about 15 mins gave us a bag. Never had an order correct from here. Hot chocolate was warm milk with a blob of brown stuff stuck to the bottom. No point talking to them about it, they don?t care. Never going there again.

This is my second negative experience from this KFC. Both on the basis of how long food takes and how non existent their customer service is. No one acknowledging there is a customer needing an order taking until after they ask if anyone will take their order loud enough for everyone to hear. As the girl right in front of him on drive thru looked at the customer then turned around ignoring him one staff member was doing what seemed to be 3 people jobs cleaning, cooking and packing. At the point of walking in I had been the first order on the takeaway screen with two others on drive through. It took 25 minutes from order time to be served after having to come back for the order missing items. (Can always trust KFC to leave something out.) The food was warm though so I guess there is that. I never got a receipt either thinking it was torn up as they started working on my order or else I would have done a private survey review for them instead.

Last week I went through the drive through for 25 minutes (I were the only car) for a box meal and some extras. Missing list Dip from the box meal Extra gravy Extra hot wings Phoned to let them know- no answer, everyday for a week. Returned today for 15 minutes in the drive through(getter better) for the same order. I got a free popcorn chicken for what happened last week. Missing List Mini fillet from the box meal Dip from the box meal Chicken burger that looked like it were never a chicken. Called to complain- you guessed it...no answer. I genuinely don't know what the dip tastes like that comes with this meal. Everyone has a first day at work, but this place runs like it's their first ever restaurant. They don't answer at the order speaker, no one is at the 1st window. So you have to order at the last window, but today they tried to get me to go back around, because the headset came back on, that just didn't happen. Gravy tubs are half full to match their half packets of chips, and they hand you food like they caught you in bed with their partner. Poor management, poor staffing, and poor output. Honestly if I owned KFC, I'd shut that building just so it wouldn't give my company a bad name. The place needs boarding up.

Worst KFC I?ve ever had the displeasure of using (3 times) The first time of waiting over 25 minutes in the drive thru I thought oh it must be staff shortages. The second time of waiting 30 minutes I thought they are having a laugh, when we finally got to the last window the member of staff had his back turned to us throughout the whole wait, he had probably taken enough moaning for the day. When he finally gave us the food he didn?t say a word. That mate is RUDE, get a new job if you don?t like your current one. And today was just the icing on the cake, ordered a kids popcorn chicken bucket that had SIX pieces of popcorn in it. My flamin wrap looked like a child had made it with all the contents in the bottom of it and failing apart. I am going to head office and if they don?t care either then maybe your accounts manager will because you shouldn?t even be open. A disgrace of a ?fast food? outlet!

Nipped on for a rice box whilst on my lunch break. Got home to find NO RICE - the service in this place used to be outstanding! Not sure what?s happened but it is terrible now.

I have never experienced such an awful establishment...we stood waiting to be acknowledged at the counter for over ten minutes...we would of left sooner but we were interested how long it would take them to even acknowledge us...the queue was to the door. After near 15mins we gave up laughing and congratulating them on being the worst restaurant ever! If you are route to Ribby hall like us I suggest you bring a packet lunch! An absolute joke of a place!

Oh dear. I?m afraid this isn?t getting any better. You shouldn?t need to look at reviews for fast food franchises but I wish I had. After a 25 min wait there wasn?t even a ?sorry for the delay?. Won?t be going again.
