The lady on the counter was a fine lass. Made me a nice big tasty with bacon. Will be back for another big tasty with bacon soon.

We had an awful discriminative experience! The manager (yasmin) ignored us after she gave us our dessert though we had called for her attention and waited by the window as our order was incorrect, other staff continued to ignore us too and so we had to sound our car horn, to which the manager looked our way twice and ignored us, a third time mouthed to us that she was busy on the till. She then eventually came to see us to which we explained our order was incorrect and she proceeded to tell us she wouldn?t do anything about it other than speak to the member of staff who took our order and would not correct the order. We attempted multiple times to ask her to correct the order, but she refuses, we think this was based on our race.

FRIARGATE JOKE 4.90p for sauges, egg muffin . 1 hash brown . 1 capa coffee , food tastless as just sat there to bake to death , muffin a bit like eating leather, Inside cooked to death and virtually tasteless, hash brown lucky I didn't brek my teeth as it was rock hard and tastless , coffee came with choc on top as they didn't ask , Greg's batters them all over 1 quid cheaper and everything is fresh plus they ask you do you choc on your capa coffee

Horrible service,food cold and staff ignorant. Took 30 mins for food with only 2 other people waiting. Snails work quicker. Avoid at all costs unless you love cold food!!

Give this one a miss. Wait for ages, tasted of stale fat, the bread was rock hard and the staff are ignorant. A poorly managed store by the looks of it.

visiting the drive thru today i had a small order and was told by the boy serving me to park up & wait, which is usual for this mcdonald?s they always make me park up even when they?re not particularly busy, i went round to the waiting bays only for a young girl to come out i opened my window went to take my food and thank her just to quickly get it over with like normal, she stood there holding my food and didn?t pass it over without giving me an extremely poor attitude saying i hadn?t been told to park up, i let her know her colleague had instructed me to park up to which she kept repeating in a condescending tone ?we all get confused sometimes? even once i had my food and was telling her bye starting to wind my window up she was still stood at the side of my car saying this, almost like she wanted confrontation, strange behaviour and extremely poor customer service at this mcdonald?s this isn?t the first time i?ve been faced with this young girl and had nasty attitude seemingly for no reason. Also quite poor personal hygiene dirty nails which i wouldn?t have pulled had she not been so repeatedly rude whenever i visit but i don?t think it is appropriate for a food place. i work in customer service myself so don?t like to complain this is the first time i?ve made a negative review like this but i regularly use this mcdonald?s i?ve dealt with wrong orders, order times taking 30 mins + ect and never complained as i know what it?s like to be in a customer service / food role and most of the staff i?ve encountered are genuine and polite but as i said i?ve had negative experiences a few times with this young girl who seems to always have an attitude for no reason it makes me want to avoid this mcdonald?s incase i have to encounter her as i am not a confrontational person. Really is a shame as it lets down the rest of the lovely young workers there.

After working pretty late I decided to go and pick up a Drive through Maccy D (not my usual choice) from Rivers way on Preston Docks. Now I know why I don't ever go there. Firstly only one of the drive through lanes was taking orders.. But they handnt closed the lane so drivers were having to shoehorn into the lanes after being sat waiting for over 10 mins. This caused havoc at the order window.. Then picking up the actual food was a complete joy... NOT! The staff seemed pretty apathetic and really came across like they didn't want to be there.. By this time.. Neither did I!!! When finally the food comes there's no apology for wait time (I'd been there 25 mins by then) just food shoved at me and window promptly slid shut. I mean I didn't expect silver service but I do kind of expect some level of pleasent customer service. When I checked the food was also semi cold so I won't be hurrying back. Note to the manager and shift manager. Train your team to be better, check your equipment and try to make the customer experience as smooth as possible. You may be a fast food outlet with a pretty loyal base.. But they shouldn't give you the Vito on treating your customers better.

Always missing items on drive through orders. Given up with them now after my recent visit this morning. They must be making a fortune ripping people off. You pay and don?t receive. I am going to write to their head office as this happens all the time so can?t be by mistake.

Ordered over £20 worth of food. Order was not accurate, missed lots of our order, chios cold and old! To further insult the coffee was tepid, no dips, Overall a shocking experience. That new McCrispy is appalling, it was cold and no better than a large nugget!

Our two recent visits to Preston Docks McDonald's have been disappointing. On our visit today we waited in the two lane drive through service and found that our lane was ignored on three successive occasions while cars in the other lane were served and moved on. On our previous drive through visit we were sent to wait at the front of the restaurant for our two ordered meals. After 10 minutes out meals arrived and we drove to another area of Preston Docks to eat. On opening our food bag we found that fries had been omitted from both of our meals.

I have used this Mc Donald's at Rivers way Preston for very many years and the food and customer service has declined over the past 3 years, Many of times the food has been lukewarm , but I have still used this as it is convenient, I recently ordered a 6 piece Chicken Nugget meal that had 4 Nuggets in the box, I paid for 6. and about a week ago I ordered a 9 piece nugget meal that had 8 nuggets in the box, I called to Mc Donald's Rivers way, Preston this morning at 02.19 hours during my long night shift. besides being a long wait , there was only 3 cars in the drive through, I did mention at the payment kiosk what happened the last time I ordered here I got a short fall of nuggets, please count them, the gentleman apologised, I informed him the last time I ordered the 9 piece meal I only received 8 nuggets, I then drove to the next kiosk to collect my luke warm food after another long wait, I asked for an extra sweet chilly dip to go along with my 2 bbq dips and was told by the female that I would have to pay 20 pence, I was shocked and said even though I have been duped on my previous orders, The young lady told me the dips have to be accounted for , and said that I have no proof, first off all could Mc Donald's Rivers way Preston, explain what they mean by No Proof, That's ridiculous to me , I know i'm right and have always been a valued customer to this Mc Donald's, do I now have to count every nugget in front of them at the kiosk when I spend £7, 8 or £9 pounds with MD Rivers way, because if I don't and just Drive off trusting MD has got my order right I wont be able to prove if its wrong by the time I have left, Its the principle more than the mistake, but good genuine customers should not have to suffer for staff incompetence.

I ordered from here off Uber eats for the family as i had a discount code of 30%. We ordered two of the festive burgers as the advert for these looked really appealing. Really wished i had seen sense as it was nothing like the photo, was a cold soggy very dissaponting burger. McDonalds i felt like reporting you to the Trade Descriptions !!!

This branch of macdonalds is always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the nicest one in Preston.
