Waiting half an hour plus for food, absolutely no atmosphere or music, seems to have a lot of disgruntled customers all wondering why food is taking so long / going to the window to take their food themselves. It?s not even busy, maybe a third of the tables are taken and drive through is quiet. The new layout allows staff to be slow as it?s next to impossible to find anyone.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from McDonald?s capital centre, placed and order of over £20 for my children to be told my order would be delivered between 6.10pm & 6.30pm. I received a txt message at 6.47pm to say my order had been cancelled. Cheers McDonald?s for upsetting my children ??
