I went here for a drive through breakfast. While sat at the last window to collect food there was a delay of about 5 mins. In this time I witnessed a staff member making the drinks take off the lids of a few drinks to blow in them to i can only guess to identify which was which drink. I saw this happen a few times and informed a senior team member in a white shirt. He appeared to speak to the staff member. This makes me question how long this has been happening and how he thought that it was acceptable to do.

The LAZIEST STAFF Award for this year should go to Deepdale Branch Blackpool Road, the staff is busy chit chatting and don't even respect the drivers most if the times waiting time for food has gone around 30mins and sometimes it is more worst when the food is ready and no came to handover the food instead just ignoring and food getting cold

waiting 15 minutes for 3 burgers, unacceptable, absolute joke. all the staff, we?re useless , chatting away in the back like there having a party. Some scruff brings the food out, with a snide smirk on her face.then start slagging us off as she walks away, very rude. sort your staff out

in common with other macdonald drive-throughs check your order before you drive off - staff have a tendancy to miss items when packing the bag. otherwise a pleasant helpful team and pretty much everything you expect from a macdonalds
Parking: macdonald's carpark is tiny but deepdale retail park has plenty of parking
