I just wanted to share a big thank you to one of the staff members at Morrisons Daily ? Michael. I was in a rush trying to find newborn baby items, and he couldn?t have been more helpful. He took the time to guide me through what I needed, was incredibly polite and understanding, and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I later found out he?s going to be a dad himself ? no wonder he was so thoughtful and kind! Great customer service and a real credit to the team.

Walked into this Morrisons last week to buy an Freddo and I can honestly say that I received the best customer experience of my life. The Freddo was stocked on the appropriate shelf, with the correct price shown, the attention to detail is second to none.
On purchasing at the counter I was asked ?will that be all for you today??. Never before has someone taken my needs so much into account!
I now consider the staff here to be my family.

Great Service, Thanks to Shannon!
Had a stressful day and popped into Morrisons Daily in a bit of a rush. Store manager Shannon was absolutely brilliant ? noticed I was flustered and stepped in to help without me even asking. She helped me find everything I needed (including some great deals), and was just genuinely kind and down-to-earth.
The store was clean, well-stocked, and the whole team seemed to reflect her positive energy. Big thanks to Shannon ? you really made a difference to my day

Absolutely diabolical. Staff have zero idea what they are doing. Post office closed with 10 people in the queue as staff don?t know how to use the system.Other staff barging past customers while on the phone while people wait in the queue - utterly pathetic behaviour- hang your heads in shame - get some training and grow up.

I have started using this shop early in the morning and I have always found the staff to be great and really work hard despite several times when some staff don?t turn up and that must be so difficult at 6.00 am. But they have always given a great service and I want to show my appreciation and thanks to them. I know how hard it can be but we have a good laugh and smile and it sets me up for the day. The manageress is lovely and keeps on top of things and the shop is always clean and tidy. Thanks so much.

Awful service yesterday at the post office counter. The two female staff were too busy chatting and answering personal calls.The only positive was the guy on the shop tills!

Not using this store anymore! No Bread, No Sugar on most visits, and Milk that does not last a day! Poor! Go to Asda down the road!

All the good staff left or got sacked! And replacement staff don't last long and they all complain how awful it is to work there! Post office is never open , price of stuff on the shelves is mostly wrong , fridges never work and don't get fixed and have the opposite effect and warm things up! , I live next to this shop and was it it every day but not anymore! I would rather get in my car and drive down the road to another shop where everything is just better
