Alice is the rudest member of staff I have seen at Morrisons!! she is arrogant shouts at people and hates all the kids, she ignores people when behind the till and she tried to ban kids for life when they were only banned for a week. I want Alice out of the shop she is really ignorant ignores people and is really rude and the manager is so rude disrespectful!! And overall really arrogant shouts at customers !! And won?t help you in the shop when you need it !! Alice needs to be sacked out the shop and so does the manager !!! They are both so rude not polite or willing to help any customers they need to be sacked immediately!! This shop used to be good u it?ll Alice and the manager came in how rude they are and just make the shop a worse place !!!

Absolutely lovely experience, Alice was very helpful and helped me with everything, not got a bad word to say about this lady, she?s great with all customers and kids, she was especially helpful when I came in with my 7 year old nephew, she made him laugh and smile, an absolute Gem to the community and the shop

I use this shop regularly the staff are always helpful , Alice goes above and beyond to help people she is always happy when I take my 4 year old grandson in he asked if he can go in to Alice shop to see her , Alice is his favourite , she is also kind and very help full

Great staff and service. Only suggestion I would make is to get better stock in and lower the prices as many products are way over priced.Store could also do with a refit as to freshen the place up and make the staffs lives easier

Awful staff and products. The milk is always off after day 1 or 2. I now go elsewhere for milk. It definitely isn?t chilled properly. When waiting to be served the staff roll their eyes and openly say how busy they are to be serving. One woman, small short black hair muttered under her breath about me. When I confront her she changed topic. Rude staff, no customer skills at all. Past 2 times I went I?ve had to wait for them to finish their smoke. Which.. they do at the shop entrance. How they?re still in business I don?t know

Most of the staff are brilliant. Manager is useless no help what so ever. Go to check and have to wait for young staff member to finish on her phone. The last 2 weeks I have had 4 milk in date off. Mentioned it to manager reply from him must be the way they are stored. No apology offer of another milk. Constantly running out of things.

Don't use the cash machine. I made a transaction, the money was taken from my account and nothing dispensed. I suggested to the woman behind the counter that she place a sign to advise that it was faulty - she said she wasn't allowed as the machine did not belong to Morrisons???? As regards their prices, they are a rip-off. I saw a bottle of gin priced £6 more than I have seen elsewhere.

Useless place, especially the post office counter. Whenever you go in to do simple things they don't know how to do it. This can be for something simple such as paying a scottish note in.
