Good selection of stock but the staff are seriously bad for business! Miserable, unfriendly & behave like customers are a major inconvenience. Faces likes slapped arses! Plenty of other places to go so avoid & spend your money elsewhere.

If I could leave 0 star I would. The customer service from this shop is disgusting do not bring yodel parcels to this shop you will be blamed,shamed and belittled with 0 respect and huge attitude and name calling. Will not be returning and a compliant to yodel had been made.

I?ve been here a few times so they?ve had plenty of opportunity to change their ways but they didn?t! The staff are so unhelpful especially the wife! The husband isn?t so bad but the wife looks at you like your dirt. She literally needs to fix her face! The man can be friendly but they are all super unhelpful. I don?t know why they are still accepting parcel drop off when they are unhelpful every single time without a fail. I?ll now take my business elsewhere but please avoid!

**edited for reply**Your such a liar there was a code given to you after you verbally abused my wife because she couldn't find it (I also have proof of this as my order was off vinted) and just to prove your a liar I was talking about a previous encounter with your staff that was on the phone to a friend or a spouse whilst serving me for products purchased from your store that was busy talking in another language whilst I was asking questions.Rude awful people, refuse to hand over parcels and then smirk at you, they talk to others on the phone in a different language whilst serving even when asking questions which is rude. Never going here again and if I could give 0 stars I would, avoid at all costs there just trying to pocket money off you.

The female owner is rude, ignorant and totally unhelpful, the male owner isn't too bad, but don't bother going in for anything to do with a replacement gas card or electric key, as they are no help at all
