Been coming here for years and I've never been dissappointed with the fantastic service. The staff are always extremely helpful and attentive even at the busiest of times. Heather the manager is absolutely wonderful and brilliant with advice ranging from the products to life in general! If I could give more stars I would!

I had a party for my 65th birthday at Lush Preston and it was such fun. I?ve seen lots of kids having parties there, but I can definitely recommend it as an adult. It was tailored to what I wanted and the hosts, Anabelle, Angela and Heather really made it a brilliant experience. I haven?t laughed so much in ages. It was good value for money and we all came away with bathbombs we?d made, plus other goodies as well. Thank you Lush Preston for making my birthday so special!

I recently attended a birthday party at Lush Preston and was genuinely impressed by how well organised and enjoyable it was. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, thanks in large part to the two brilliant party hosts. They were not only knowledgeable about the products but also knew how to create a fun, inclusive environment. They made a lovely fuss of the birthday girl (who was loving all the attention!) and gently encouraged quieter guests to get involved, which meant everyone felt part of the celebration.
We played games, explored products we hadn?t tried before, and even got to make our own bath bombs ? which was my favourite part. It was a great mix of fun and relaxed socialising, and I left with a few new bits to try ! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and memorable party.

All the workers in Lush Preston are the kindest and most welcoming people i have ever met! They are all so eager to help everyone who enters, I was helped by the lovely Shannon who is an absolute treasure to the place! I am finishing my nursing so went in looking for some relaxing treats and she helped me pick the best items and went through so much with me explaining everything in detail and helping me pick the best items tailored to me. She has such an extensive knowledge of all the products and benefits that each product has, and you can tell she is so invested in helping people and is so proud of the work lush does, especially with sustainability. She gave me an incredible massage on my arms and demonstrated the massage bar which may be my favourite item as i used it the same night after purchasing and can already feel such a difference in the aches i used to have in my body! I am not from the preston area but will definitely be returning regularly to re stock on some of my new favourites ?

Angela was amazing! From the moment we walked through the door she was friendly and engaging. She took suggestions of what we liked and offered multiple suggestions of things she thought we would love. One of which we did end up purchasing. She allowed us to test some products and was really just delightful! Thank you Angela you really brightened my day!

Me and my partner regularly go into Lush and always find the staff pleasant - particularly with Anabelle, Ricky, Rory, Winter and Deb always giving us time for a chat - although everyone does either ways! We went in today to find a perfume and Anabelle was super attentive, as usual. Huge credits to the staff as always
