I cannot get over how rude the staff are in this Post Office.I went in to pick a parcel up for my partner and when I got to the desk I was greeted by a lady who clearly did not want to be there. I walked over and she looked up above her glasses and said "yes" I told her "I am here to collect a parcel" only to be greeting with a very sarcastic "well who sent it, royal mail, DPD, parcel force" I politely told her I am not sure, but I can quickly go find out as my partner was in the car outside. She looked at me and sneered "can I at least get a name" so I told her my partners name and she loudly expressed to a full post office "I will go and look through every parcel, just for you" I told her to leave it and I will return later when someone who isn't so rude will be serving.

OK, so there is usually a queue but it never takes THAT long to get to the front of it, the service usually comes with a smile and whatever Post Office needs I have ever had, have been met, cordially and efficiently.
