It?s a shame. One of the male pharmacists is very helpful Hussain I think. I was stood at counter for over five minutes. Another lady was also waiting. I was going to phone them and them I was waiting. They need a buzzer fitting and customer training.

Dreadful place ? the most unwelcoming and rude staff ?. Prescription rarely ready .. it?s ? it will be 20 mins? .. not everyone has to go shopping and wait ?

As another customer has said, I too can't be bothered with the details but the staff here are rude, speak to you like your 5 and need lessons in customer service.UPDATE I have now arranged for my medication request to be sent elsewhere, overworked does not make it ok to be darn right rude and slam drawers in temper.

You stand there for ages without anyone noticing your presence. The assistant after I called out "hello?" was very rude and had a real attitude. I was there for a minor ailments request. She refused to help and basically said I can pay for it. She said they had sold out. When only a month prior the male behind the counter let me have piriton on prescription.Nasty and arrogant not happy and won't be going there again!!! Avoid at all costs. She was a young girl as mentioned in other reviews. It's the second time I've dealt with her and I will be making a formal complaint about her. It was shocking. Not what anybody should have to deal with. I'd go as far as saying it was disgusting customer service

I arrived for my flu jab after a very stressful day at work and am ashamed to say I wasn't a very nice customer. My bad temperedness was met with calmness and friendliness even though they appeared to be overworked/short staffed.

Today at 16:50 I asked where I would be able to find the baby teether. The young (ish) girl was stood there behind the counter playing on her mobile phone replied sarcastically "down the baby aisle".I went down this aisle and wasn't able to find it. I went back to the pharmacy where I asked another older lady where the teether is. She replied "if you can't find it ask a member of sainsburys staff. This is Lloyd's pharmacy, nothing to do with Sainsburys". Not sure why I deserved the attitude. I assume she gets asked similar questions often. She was very unprofessional with me. I asked "if I can't find the teether, can I buy some ambesol?" (Ambesol only being able to be purchased from the pharmacy) to which the older woman replied "well we close in 2 minutes so you'll have to hurry up". I don't appreciate being put on a timer to find what I'm looking for like I'm playing supermarket sweep with Dale Winton chasing me round with a stopwatch... pathetic service.

Terrible service. Booked for a flu injection in a high covid case area as a vulnerable person. When I checked the riude person said there was a clash and flu jab could not be done. Disgraceful

Recently been to collect prescriptions. The staff are not very helpful, or friendly to be honest. I understand they are under pressure, but the front line staff need some people skills. One recent prescription was not received, when asked why I had not received, it they said they didn?t have the drug in and won?t for about a month. I would have thought, as the drug was Heart related, a phone call would have been useful. But No. I had to go in and collect prescription (which took a while) and take it somewhere else. No further explanation or advice given.I am now sorted with a new chemist with friendly staff and prescription deliveries. I won?t be returning here.
