If I could post a negative stars review I could. Don't get me wrong the customer service assistants are great and very helpful, would give them 10/10. I have never met such rude managers in my life though. The male manager today did not even allow me to open my mouth before advising me to go to the till. It was clear that he wanted to close shop as at 3:48 he was telling people the store was closed. The female manager at the till could not have cared less about helping me.

There's a decent amount of choice for the size of it. It's a bit grubby inside and the tills don't have enough room for packing your items. You get the odd beggar outside too. But it's not the worst place I've shopped at.

Friendly staff, great prices and range of products but let down by the DISGUSTING dirty hand baskets. I had to go through 10 trying to find the least dirty to put my food into!
They should try cleaning them sometime.

The baskets are filthy. Quite disgusting. Selection of produce and spices and herbs is very poor

If there was 0 I would call zero management for today by Mr Will.Today as I saw the long queues for payment and asked one of the non-friendly staff on tills if they are going to open another till for customers he just said straight no!!!
Then I asked for manager to speak to , he said manager is busy and does not want to come to speak ! There were 8 till but just 2 were opening for serving customers.
Finally Mr Will ( Sale manager) came and started another till , when I complained to him he ignored me and meanwhile I was packing my wallet started to serve another customer.
Unfortunately,Not polite and friendly team at all there today.
