I visited kwik Fit after damaging the wall of my tyre on a kerb. I thought I would likely need a new tyre but the helpful staff at kwik Fit advised me that the damage to the tyre did not warrant a replacement. The team checked my tyre pressures and fixed my tyre pressure senor all at not cost. If a do need a replacement tyre in the future I will be sure to return to kwik Fit. I was really impressed with the professional service I recieved. Thank you. 5 stars from me.

My key/fob had been snapped by the technician, accidents happen which is fine, but it was handed back to me as if I was just going to drive away (which was impossible anyway), with no apology, explanation, or even acknowledgment or plan on how to fix the situation. There was then a 10 minute heated conversation before anyone there would even accept responsibility and try to remedy the issue. Customer service was poor at this point.

Took my car in for an AC recharge, unfortunately there was an issue with my AC system so just the gas didn't fix it.
Since they weren't able to get it working they gave me a full refund.
They also noticed I had a bulge in one my tyres which I hadn't spotted and offered to change to the spare wheel I had.
All around incredible service, and quick turnaround.

Steve of Market Street KwikFit went above and beyond in assisting my friend and I. She had a STOP message puncture and despite visiting the nearest tyre specialists who weren't too keen to help they were on their lunch (which is understandable) when we visited KwikFit and spoke to Steve, he said he was busy on something, but soon as he was finished, he could take a look. He did say as it was lunch he would only be able to check to tyre pressure which was fine.
He finished the job he was on, came and collected the keys then put the car up on the ramp... he explained the front drivers side tyre was in need of immediate attention and the tyre that we thought needed replacing just needed a replacement valve.
He said he would work through his lunch and get this sorted for us... which he did, he answered the telephones, came and sorted everyone that came to front desk, and then apologised that it had taken him slightly longer than normal due to interruptions.
Highly recommend this garage and Steve is a credit to them thank you.

Ty is an absolute credit to the store, does what he is paid to do and then some. Hadn?t had the best experience with Kwik Fit previously (another branch) but will most definitely be back to this one as a result of my experience with Ty. Cheers ?

Wrong tyres fitted, ordered and paid for parelli p zero pz 5s to be fitted day before going for a holiday up to Cairngorms, next morning before setting off stop to check tyre pressures and they fitter cheaper parelli poweregy tyres, as going away nothing can do but live with it.

I was on holiday from Cornwall I popped in because I had a trouble with exhaust on my car and the manager was very helpful and friendly and he phone around and found one for the car he was very helpful I recommend him to anyone
