Absolutely appalling! Rung up because part of my order was missing, to be shouted at down the phone that is wasn't and I should check better next time! I have been checking my prescriptions every month for the past few years and I knew it was missing! I DO NOT EXPECT TO BE SHOUTED AT DOWN THE PHONE BECAUSE PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING! IT IS NOT MY FAULT!
