Just been into the lostock hall branch to order food as I love kfc and i couldnt believe the bad attitude and lack of professionalism towards me and my little girl all i wanted to do was order at the tills and was told you can't order here you have to use the wall mounted pads so I asked why and was told its cash only at the tills not in a nice or helpfull way at all . The shop was empty with about 6 or more staff in so I'm sure it wouldn't of been a problem to order at the till if they could of been bothered .
Very Lazy and unprofessional hence we never ordered food and won't again .

Absolutely awful, the shift manager currently in charge was the only thing worse than the awful food delivered.

Burger bun seemed to be cooked via pannini press as it was flatter than a page and slighty burned ontop, the chicken was tasteless, no pepper available and condiments had to be asked for.
Fries were not signature fries but rather flavourless season less regular fries, the only thing that was correct was the gravy.
Server had zero charisma will not be returning.

this kfc is absolutely diabolical and horrific. they refused to sell my friend his food because he was a child. this is an absolutely stupid rule that should not be here. it took them 25 mins to serve him his food after alot of persuading.

Just returned from KFC Lostock Hall (a 10-minute drive from home) with a Zinger meal and a 10-piece family bucket, only to find half the pieces missing! Called the store immediately and was put on hold for over 15 minutes while I could hear staff arguing in the background. The phone then went silent. I tried calling back several times, but no one answered.This experience is incredibly frustrating and completely ruined our family dinner. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. Never again!

Chips are terrible and chicken strips really tuff to chew I won't buy from them again the place has gone down hill need to get a new supplier of chips and only 2 people in the place diabolical.

Good is good, staff are nice but it does take a while for them to put the order together. Lots of delivery drivers and people wating to quite cramped.
Parking: Free for 30min but need time of arrival ticket from machine
Wheelchair accessibility: 6" step in and door is had to push.

Ordered a zinger,sweetcorn,chips and beans and a bargain bucket for 13.99with the total 21. 49 approx to be told no beans. Ok I will have chicken gravy I said without receiving an apology. So I get home no sweetcorn no chicken gravy. Quite frankly a treat night that bloody ruined in every respect. Rang up and got a code for some freebie cheap meal on my next visit. Mistakes can happen I know but this was pure carelessness.
