We placed a large order at the Deepdale branch and had excellent service. We were served by Ashkirk (apologies if I have spelt that name wrong). He really looked after us with the order , even carrying it out to the car. Many thanks

Food was hot fresh and tasty. However experience was ruined by the managers shocking communication with staff, shouting across the shop in front of customers was so unprofessional. I was so disgusted at how Ancar (Eastern European manager) spoke to the young worker Bilal. I hope KFC management sorts this out as I could feel an unfair atmosphere.

Over an hour,and the driver drove around and took my food back to deepdale.
Rang and explained that I had tracked my order and requested a fresh order be sent only to receive a freezing cold order.
Never again ???

Pathetic ! This used to be my go to KFC in Preston as it was far the best all round. Visited the other day and what a disappointing experience as it's gone well down hill, trust me I wouldn't return to this venue. In fact the prices for what you receive are now unexceptionable so will probably give KFC a wide birthday full stop. ?

Family of 5 - our order was messed up. I got a tower meal (finally) and the fillet was hard as rubber which turned my stomach. My sons tower meal was the same - after the time it took to sort our order and seeing the length of the queue to complain we just left. We won't be going back. The place was also dirty - tables not wiped - sauce on chairs etc

I've been a loyal delivery partner for KFC, but my recent experiences at the Deepdale branch have been appalling. The management has consistently displayed unprofessional behavior, disregarding drivers' concerns and enforcing unreasonable policies.
They've made unjust demands, such as insisting drivers click "Start Route" despite Just Eat's guidelines, and refused to provide orders even after confirmation. The lack of support and respect from the team is staggering.
The constant targeting of individual drivers, including myself, is unacceptable.
Until significant changes are made, I would advise fellow drivers and customers to reconsider their association with this branch.
I hope KFC takes driver concerns seriously and addresses these issues promptly.

Just eat driver delivered the wrong order, the manager here at KFC went above and beyond to get it sorted for us and the other party. Massive props to them!
