I wish there was a negative star, recently I had been to this kfc the service and staff behaviour was horrible. We placed order for a zinger meal take away, the guy near the counter kept a zinger burger on the tray and left. I kept on asking was it my order, if so I had ordered for a take away and it was an zinger meal not just the burger, but the rude staff did not bother to even respond to it. Later he was packing the chips, few pieces fell on the tray and the staff did not have a glove he kept the wings and chips in the same bag with his bare hands. I told can you pack them separately and again he did not even bother. Later he missed for super charger sauce, I had to remind him.
by the time I get my zinger meal it was worst experience I ever had. The look in the KFC staff was as if he was doing some sort of favour for me or doing it for charity. this incidence happened on 14th December 2024, night around 9PM.
Small piece of advice for the owner or the franchise owner, if this this keeps happening very often there is a high possibility there will be dip in the customers inflow and eventually you would see empty tables, as there is new café Burger king opened just opposite to this kfc store.
Please train your staff or remind the staff to behave properly with customers in a good way else you will have to close the store soon.

Usually great but today food lukewarm and fries cold which had to be changed. The so called hot lights do not keep fried food hot!

This should be a negative review as when Just Eat collected my KFC order it appears they only collected 2 out of 3 bags. But when I phoned KFC they apologized, gave me a reference and told me when I next came in they would make it right. when I went back today they gave me the whole order again free. No questions or negotiations. I'm gobsmacked. We'll done KFC !!

Definitely the worst KFC meal and probably the worst takeaway I?ve ever had. Never seems busy and doesn?t deserve to be. Disgusting.

Ordered a kids/mini and a regular chicken fillet burger. The chicken on the regular burger was as small as the kids/mini burger. Consequently all I could taste was the cold bread bun. I queried this but the young lad behind the counter saw no problem with it and offered no explanation. He should have offered to replace or offered me a refund. Restaurant was freezing.

We stopped here on our drive to Blackpool. It was pretty empty when we arrived but we still had to wait 15 minutes before we could collect our food.
We were going to sit inside, but it was so cold we decided to take our food to eat in the car instead.
Our takeout bag did not provide any straws or napkins and unfortunately the sauces and the kids pineapple treat were missing.
Will definitely not return to this branch.

I have given the benefit of the doubt and visited this KFC four times now because every time I go there, they have a problem, either the system is not working or they have run out of wings etc etc.
I now have to travel much further to Buckshaw village where there is a good service and staff are friendly. Perhaps management of this branch must go to Buckshaw village for training

Had friends round and a few drinks who fancied a change, so we decided on a KFC delivery.... One of the orders was the 4 piece colonel's meal. This was very disappointing consisting of 4 DRUMSTICKS, which were tepid, dry and chewy, not crunchy. Accompanied with a smaller than usual portion of lukewarm fries and 'wallpaper paste' gravy made 3 hrs previously according to the label. A shocking waste of £12+ for that paricilar part of the order. The other items were just slightly warm and mediocre. It'll be a long time before a return visit ever occurs.
