Came into kfc to order food at half past ten and the girl told me they don?t have anything apart of 1 bit of chicken . And a few wings and a mini fillet .
Customer service is a absolute joke yes I got my money refunded however it is obvious the staff don?t care and just want to go home
I have never been treated like this in kfc in my life . Generally if you work in hospitality like I have at the highest level in 5 star hotels then get another job isn?t it

Ordered through uber eats, food came with something red all over it, not sure if blood or dye from the bags, but obviously didn't eat

Food was the usual 4 star that I rate for all kfc.
Service was excellent.
The environment was not the best, not helped by a broken bathroom meaning that there were no disability facilities

To say it?s first one in uk you?d think they would take some pride in that. The staff are awful refusing to serve at the til and telling every customer to use the singular machine, despite saying paying with cash. Tried using the app for the rewards got told in August it wasn?t working and it?s still not in November. Finally the floors are disgusting, there are always wet floor signs up as if they?ve cleaned them but in reality it?s just grease for the kitchen that they don?t clean properly. To be such a historic spot for KFC it?s absolutely dreadful.

Hot food, quick service and delivery. Zinger tower even looked like the ones in the photo. Not much in the way of seating but managed to get two seats.

5 Stars - Great Experience at KFC Preston Fishergate!
Visited KFC Preston Fishergate on 20 October 2024, and I must say, Libby made the experience exceptional! She was incredibly friendly, especially with my 8-year-old child, answering all their questions with patience and a smile. Her welcoming attitude truly made our day. It's rare to find such great customer service, and Libby really stood out. Thanks for the excellent service ? we'll definitely be back!

Popped in to Drive Thru at 4:30, got two box meals and food as well as service was THE BEST!! Lovely staff, especially gentleman at the window. Great experience!! Polite lovely staff!

Overpriced and Probably the worst KFC in England, poor customer service, dirty restaurant, and the food is terrible, it might be the first KFC but literally it is the worst KFC.
I try to avoid eating or ordering here however my daughter loves KFC and she insists to have KFC while we are in the city centre, and every time my experience at this branch is very bad !

This restaurant is KFC's first shop in the UK. They hanged a story to the effect on a wall.
Shameful how shaby, scanty, colorless, and lonesome such a historic monument is kept.

Kentucky Fried Chicken?? This place should be called Karen Fried Chicken!I visited this restaurant with my friend and his heavily pregnant girlfriend, she was in desperate need of using the restroom and the women behind the counter was obnoxious, well obnoxious is an understatement.She stated that the restrooms were for customers only, we obliged and offered to purchase some food? She then said that we would have to wait in the biblically sized queue until she could use the toilet because she didn?t trust us to buy something.This is completely unacceptable in my opinion!, an utter lack of compassion and customer service.
