Worst service i have ever seen in JD
Useless staff i asked guy to check the size of shoe and he said No and i found the same size in the store if you don't like to work or don't wanna give the service to customer leave the job

Always playing terrible music by people who can't rap and don't have any lyrical ability that's supposed to appeal to drug dealers and roadman. And there's some crackhead looking woman that likes to accuse you of stealing just because you pick up some joggers and go looking for a t-shirt to go with it. Other than that staff are friendly enough and helpful when you eventually get their attention

Always a good shopping experience with jd. Friendly staff abundant of choice in clothing and footwear. Tidy shops no excessive staff filling the rails as you shop

Never buy shoes from here. The shoes on offer are all faulty and don?t fit properly after a few days. They don?t offer refunds or exchanges falsely claiming you wore them, expensive to buy any pair of good shoes as well. The 20 year old so called lady manager is very rude and arrogant. I asked I want to speak to manager and she?s hardly 20. The staff busy chatting, laughing and wasting time here than helping customers. Hire some mature individuals like 25-30 year olds not high school drop out teenagers off the street with bad customer service skills. Avoid this rubbish staff and store.

The worst store I've ever been to in my life in Preston was a really bad clerk, I prefer Perrymark better. JD CEO please supervise. My family doesn't go there anymore.

Went in to look for a specific item and found it quickly much to my satisfaction. Clean, bright store. Friendly experience at till. Prices almost put me off, though, very top end and only time will tell if it was worth the extravagance. Finally I asked if I could have the hanger too and that was refused. Not the assistant's fault...an example of a penny-pinching policy at head office I suppose.

Arrogant and ignorant staff, stood at till for 10 mins with staff coming behind till. Just constantly got ignored by 4 members of staff. When I go to leave the store after leaving clothes at the till I get offered to be served. No customer service skills whatsoever

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the Preston,I went to return a gift that was bought for me,had a full recipe,I asked at the front desk if I could swap them,he said yes,so I got another pair,went to the till,the shop assistant then told me the price had doubled,I was shocked and in disbelief,I asked to see the manager,who was hiding behind a display,so the price had gone from 23 pounds to 44,the staff in the Preston store are so unhelpful and rude,and tell lies,going forward I will no longer use your stores,so I left this branch with nothing,so on my opinion your staff stole from me,and your manager is a spinless
