I don't understand the poor reviews, my recent experience is excellent. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, I was given clear directions where to go, was met at the lift by a very nice nurse and the doctor saw me immediately, explained the treatment, carried it out very professionally and gave me information to take away.I was seen 10 minutes before my appointment time, no waiting, no delays and all carried out in a clean and modern facility by medical professionals.

My wife made an appointment for our child for immunisation, and they book someone else instead of us. We arived here, they just tell us they make a mistake and that's it. We both lose a day from work. They don't deserve even one star.

Just been on phone with one of receptionists, rude unpleasant woman, not let a disabled person to speak and explain why he need taxi she demanded to bee on time (in school runs where taxi is impossible to get) I am disabled cant walk from Fishwick to ISSA. Seriously, maybe she should find a better job, as clearly she not fits for NHS receptionist work. PPL don't ring GP for fun, we ring if we need.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Far too many patients jamming queues up most of them foreign jabbering away in god knows what language which is very ignorant and damned well rude. Rude receptionists. Give out out of date information make you feel like they're doing you a favour. The NHS is gone to the dogs and they certainly are not heroes. Thoroughly depressing stressful experience.

I have taken my son to Issa@ Fulwood for immunisation.The nurse gave injection on his arm, while she take out the needle i got prick on my finger. She doesn?t even show the courtesy to say sorry for her carelessness.

Such a bad surgery, which should have been closed down a long time ago. The doctors are so rude, incompetent, and traumatising. How these people have licenses and are still allowed to see vulnerable and marginalised patients is beyond me.An authority needs to investigate this place urgently and have it eliminated.They surely ruined my mental and physical health further,and,clearly, I'm not the only one.

I waited for an ENT appointment for more than 3 months. The ENT consultant there spent exactly just 3 minutes for the whole consultation,examination, and prescription ?????. End of the story........

If you have any sort of mental health then I wouldn?t consider registering here, if your agoraphobic you?ll be told be a snotty rude receptionist that you HAVE to come in? they don?t deem mental health as a reason to have an appointment with your GP and are told to ?just? refer yourself to mind matters!! Absolutely ridiculous. Let?s not mention a dr telling me my 1 year old daughter had a viral infection but 1 hour later ended up in hospital with a chest infection unable to breath! I could go on but I?d be here all day. I just wouldn?t bother going here at all.

I have received some disgusting service from doctors and receptionists at Issa Medical.First of all, I have found incredibly difficult to get through to a receptionist just to make a simple appointment. Even for an appointment to request a blood form.I was finally able to get an appointment to speak to this very rude doctor who would keep speaking over me and argued with me. All I wanted to request a blood form which also tested my iron and ferretin levels as I have previously been low in it. My health keeps deteriorating as I have attempted to get an appointment multiple times and never been able to get through or have been turned away.All I needed was the blood form to include ferritin and iron. I do not understand why this is so difficult? The doctor was completely incompetent and had zero empathy to a sick patient. How she had a license to work as a doctor absolutely baffles me. It was doctor Kumari I spoke to. The call was recorded and I would like this to be listened to by a manager or someone who is actually wanting to help.The stress of this situation has worsened my palpitations, I have passed out due to possibly being low iron and from dizziness.This is not the first time my health has been neglected by the staff at Issa Medical Centre.
