Worst store that I ever visited. Don?t know how to behave with the customers . When the security insulted by following a customer for 10-15minutes the customer complained about that behaviour and staff didn?t responded and laughed at what the security did and asked customer to leave the store and insulted the customer. Thats so embarrassing. Teach your staff about the manners and customer assistance properly. Your making profits by the customers and insulting them in that way is too bad.

Was my regular shop for 4 years. Polite staff and nice atmosphere. Shop clean and always new displays. Only ever had one issue with food which was refunded same day without hassle. Really nice place to shop. Delicious meals and great value for money.

Cheap n cheerful small parking places.

Nipped in for a small shop.
Got to the checkout & no cashier. Security guard went to get her & staff on the floor called her. As she was walking to the checkout she stopped & picked an item off the shelf & was looking at it????
I then had to shout down the shop if anybody was serving?? She replied I am, put the item down & walked slowly to the till. Found the whole situation unbelievable.

Found that Iceland are alot cheaper than Farm foods as there prices have increased dramatically
