Absolutely fantastic Building Merchant. First of all, some of the items I ordered was only available through Huws Gray so I'm so pleased we have a branch in Preston otherwise I would have had to travel half way down the country to get to the item. The price for all of my items was spot on and the service was great. Quick and friendly response by Meghan D and I am so pleased about the turnaround. She arranged the item to be delivered quicker than expected. Wide range stockist, friendly service and great price - can't ask for more!

Phoned to ask for a quote to supply kitchen sink and tap. Passed to Fleetwood where Mark was more than helpful Courteous and good price given. Ordered and Mark arranged for us to collect from Preston. Would definitely recommend Huws Gray and use again

We had been using this company for some now and had no issues until an order did not turn up when we had asked for it, despite been ordered well in advance. There was no communication from them about where it was, we had to chase them several times and actually lost several days of work due to them not communicating with us. It was too late in the day to order elsewhere as we would have let our client down. I wrote a complaint and it was such a generic response we don't feel they have understood what our issue was. Would never use this company again.

Definitely a 5 star builders yard. Hadn't gone far after stepping out if my car when someone came over to offer help. He took me straight to look at the bricks I wanted so he knew the products. Quick to pay then backed my car down and the bricks were loaded for me.During this I was amazed to see other workers brushing the yard keeping it looking immaculate. Great stuff.

Brilliant customer service, competitively priced and great advice , always willing to go the extra mile. Many a times asked for deliveries at the last minute and they always make it happen. I have used these guys for over 15 Years and have never been disappointed with them. Well done Guys keep up the good work.
