Not the best customer service !!! Really could not be bothered about ME the customer !! How rigid are your rules and surely you can have empathy when talking to your customers !! Have pride in where you work & have a conscience in knowing that you have upset a customer !!

Took my son for some new clothes, although he did get a couple of items the self service till is an absolute no no.

Had the pleasure of help of one of your lovely staff members todayMy daughter tried on some jeans that unfortunately had a mark on them but didn't have any other in her size. I asked a young lady on duty fitted in room for help.ordering them online, she was so helpful, I didn't get name but she had fantastic winged eyeliner. She was so lovely

Cowboy customer service from unprofessional employees ask two members of staff to put input collection code they both cba, like why are you here if you aint gonna help like go home. Absolutely ridiculous one of them was like do it yourself, avoid this store at all costs bunch of cowboys who don?t know what they?re done, this needs to be picked up by the manager or store owner.

I visited the Preston store today and purchased numerous items. I was on holiday and visited this store as I do not have a store near my home. Once home, I found one of the T-shirts to have a hole in it, making it unwearable. I contacted customer service who said they cannot help me and to take the top back to a store. I explained I do not live near a store, and the cost of getting to a store would be more than £4.50 (the price of the item). I asked if a gift receipt could be sent instead, to which they said no. I am now left with a unwearable T-shirt and £4.50 down. H&M will not help you if you find any issues once home, unless you go to a store. Check every single item (which should be the job of the staff) for its quality. Very unhappy. Staff were great in store, but online? I?ll be shopping elsewhere! Strange they could help with refund purchased online but not in a store? unwilling or can?t?

I have been to this branch this afternoon to do an exchangeThe tills stuff was an absolute nightmare and rude very disrespectful to customersI enjoy shopping from H&M but got very disappointed with the tills stuff it was in first floor a guy who was wearing glasses and a balck lady with a short hair their behaviour was absolutely disgusting ? I won?t go back again
