Rodger at Hazelwells sold my house in Much Hoole. The whole process from start to finish was superb.Nothing was too much trouble, the photos & the walk through video was an excellent touch. I have just sold my town centre flat with Hazelwells. Rodger has been so helpful throughout the process with regular communications and updates on the process. I do not think any other estate agency would have been able to compete with Rodgers local property knowledge and efficiency to get the sale completed for the best possible price. I can't rate Hazelwells highly enough and would encourage anybody within the Preston area to use this first class agency. Especially if you want an agent who seems to be personally invested in achieving the best results for both parties.

I have spent three years living in a rental property managed by Hazelwells, Rodger and Co. in the Preston area, and have to say, they have been brilliant. From meeting them for an initial viewing of the property back in 2018 and their likeable, non-pressure sales approach to a seamless admin process to getting the property secured. This followed by Hazelwells quickly and efficiently coming back to me on any help with the property maintenance, sorting the parking permit out, etc., during my tenancy. They are really easy to deal with and would highly recommend using them if you are seeking a property in the Preston or surrounding area.
