My daughter who is 8 wanted her ears pierced for an early 9th birthday present, we went in and had a consultation with a lovely member of staff, discussed that she would need a longer stud initially to take into account swelling etc, booked and went back and they were amazing, so good with my daughter (who was extremely excited) explaining the process dos and don'ts and everything was free with the purchase of a pair of earrings including the aftercare solution, big thank you, you made a little girl very very happy. Would highly recommend x

Bought a pair of beautiful earrings for my wife's 60th today..The lady I dealt with (Danielle) was very knowledgeable & has a great customer rapport...
I went back in later in the day with my to discuss a future buy of 2 eternity rings for ourselves.. Once again Danielle had all the time in the world for us so will definitely be back later in the year for our purchase..

Danielle at the Preston store was fantastic! I'd bought a Garmin watch from the H Samuel website and had some difficulty setting whe watch up, I tried speaking to someone at Garmin without success. She was able to sort it out no bother. The staff at Preston are very friendly and most helpful, I would definitely recommend!

I was very impressed by the level of customer service received from H. Samuel store attendants at Fisher Gate. My partner and I went in to get an engagement ring and we were treated to a once-to-one experience. The lady was patient knowledgeable and polite. We did not feel rushed or that we were a nuisance. Even though we asked loads of questions and the type of ring we were looking for has been discontinued by H.Samuel. She was able to support us to decide on the best choice minus and pushy salesman speak - that was appreciated. I will definitely recommend them.

We went into the store on Monday, with my finance, MIL and Gran. My MIL wanted a ring and then we ended up purchasing a ring as a gift also.
Whilst looking round the jewellery we started looking at wedding bands ( We get married September. )
Nick, who was lovely and very helpful was helping my MIL so I went to the counter where 3 girls were standing chatting. After standing there and saying excuse me a few times I asked if they had any black wedding bands as that is what my fiance is interested in. She pointed at 2 and that was that.
I thought no more of it and Nick who had then finished helping MIL talked us though some wedding bands and tried some on. We leave the store and my finance tells me that the girls behind the counter were sniggering saying are they even engaged and making comments about us. He didn't want me to be upset in the store and knows me well so told me when we had left.
My engagement ring was being resized as I have lost weight and I didn't have it on.
I'll never go into that store again, I thought the girls were rude at the time when they ignored me clearly standing waiting for help, but after the comments that have been made about paying customers the store wants to have a rethink about it's staff and customer service. Clearly Nick is the only one in that day who was genuinely interested in helping and was very friendly!
