The food was good, but not hot. The staff member I ordered the food from was a bit rude. I asked him if he could heat it up for me, but he refused.

Been here a few times, as I pass through with work. Love Greggs, food is standard throughout? but my god this Branch is painful! Robert the ?Manager? has got to be the most miserable person this side of the Ice age? Not only do they open 5 mins late so he could carefully re-arrange the donut selection 36 times, no apology, everything is too much effort. Not a smile to be seen. ?I?ll just see if there?s a baguette in the back? 3 mins later, returns with a frown and a dusty baguette. Worryingly this guy is a manager, I hope the other shop staff don?t think this is a great example of how to speak to customers. Do yourself a favour Greggs, either get him on a ?Happy Course? or move him to washing Dishes so he doesn?t bring my Day down.

Service wise friendly, atmosphere - it's Gregg's. However, what was pretty rubbish was paying over £5 for two bacon rolls that were dry and the bacon had gone cold in the warming unit, so disappointing to start the day, felt like eating greasy cardboard.

Disappointed with Cold Food and Rude Response
I visited Greggs at St George?s Shopping Centre in Preston on Sunday 12th May 2025 around 2 PM with my wife and kids. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
We ordered several items, including 4 sausage rolls, but they were served cold and were uneatable. When I politely raised this with the staff, I was told, ?it is what it is? ? which I found quite rude and unhelpful.
It?s understandable that places get busy, but a bit of courtesy and explanation would have made a big difference. The rest of the food was fine, but this let the whole visit down, especially with young kids who were hungry.
I hope the team takes feedback like this seriously and improves their customer service and food standards.

Typical Greggs tbh. Not been to one for 3 years. The Stk bake was underwhelming, it also shrunk a lot in the 3 years I have been traveling.
