Jack told us the different types and their benefits and once chosen helped wrap and take it to our car. We were also advised on making it last longer in our warm lounge. “We went to Dobbies near Kirkham today for Sunday lunch and were very pleased with the food. We have been here before for meals and they have always been great. The sunday lunch is £12.95 and I think it's very good value. They do seem to be short of staff in the restaurant as there was a long queue to order - although another person came on to open another till so that speeded things up. A lady in front of me asked for some lemon slices for the water and this was happily supplied. When they are busy there does seem to be an issue with clearing away used items from tables so this gives an unfortunate impression but the problem is that the staff only have one pair of hands and they do their best given the demands placed on them. If the owner invested in more staff then I suspect that the reviews would be more positive .”
