Amazing good to give money too

I've recently been into this store 3 times to collect parcels. I have found on all occasions that the lady who served me was engaged in very good natured conversations with any customers that were in the store when I entered. Today was my latest visit & the lady was assisting a gent& his daughter find what they were looking for. Following this, she served them very efficiently & was friendly throughout, when they had been served, she smiled at me & asked me what I required... it was all very pleasant an experience.

Never seen such rude staff in my life! I came in a few days ago doing some shopping there was a woman in front of me leaving the shop, she couldn?t speak properly when she left the shop the man just laughed at her, honestly i can?t believe how bad the business is going down hill! Bring back jane and st. John!!
