Bought a 36mm socket from them, discovered my brother had 1 already where I was doing the job. Went to return the socket, they took it out the back for 5 minutes and brought it back with a mark on saying I had damaged it and didn't have the original packing... I literally didn't touch the thing from when I bought it. Turned out his socket didn't fit through my alloy for tightening so I needed it.
Shady experience on the return though, be careful to check the condition of items and photo it before you pass it back to them

Excellent customer service from the lad on customer service who went to locate my online collection order.
Unfortunately it was all let down by the delivery drivers out back. As the car park was full large vans, I decided to park in the area more toward the delivery side. Anyway I got blocked in by one of the delivery drivers so I asked an employee nicely if the van could be moved, but I was met with a little bit of attitude saying ?that?s why we tell you to park over there?.
The parking area is not adequate when you have 3 large transit vans in the customer car park.
I would also like to point out, whilst the gentleman was serving me, no effort was made from any other staff member to serve the growing queue behind me.

Ordered online to collect as I needed something last minute, collection in 15 minutes as it is in stock? went to pick it up and they said they didn?t have it in stock. Could have found somewhere else but instead wasted my time with them. Very annoyed.

Most parts ive ordered were already opened or returned with marks,morning shift has no interest towards customers.

Ordered O2 sensor on line Tuesday, told collection would be ready on Thursday so my car could be repaired at the weekend. No sign of sensor on Thursday, I called on Friday. Was told during the call that the part was actually on back order leaving me no time to source one elsewhere. The result of this was I had to cancel the garage appointment and I am now using taxis at my expense. I still havnt received my refund either. Total let down Euro car parts!

I'm very disappointed with the service. I ordered last week and when I went to collect it they asked me to pay more money, it's not about the money it more how the treat theirs customers.
Never had this issue before but it really pissed me off because I went there twice so I wasted my time and what did I get from that just some bead experience.

Came to the branch to order something in i was told tomorrow it will be in so come and pick it up I asked about text or even pay early so I could get updates said they can't so was nice to make a pointless journey to be told it hasn't come and will need to be tomorrow ?

A great range of items, with most things either in stock or available the next day - very convenient! The staff member I dealt with was lovely, though the wait was much longer than you'd expect. Prices are competitive, even against online options, which is always a win.
Parking right outside can be a challenge depending on the time of day, so you might need to flex your parallel parking skills elsewhere.
