Lovely experience , was served by Samiyah who was absolutely fantastic she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring, she also measured my ring size perfectly and even offered other suggestions of rings similar to what I wanted. After losing my wedding ring six weeks ago, Louise and the team have bent over backwards to enable me to be happy with the correct ring and size. Their experience and customer service just shines through leaving you with a happy content purchase. Very professional but also friendly and approachable with a great sense of humour which makes the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Felt like the staff were nice and friendly chatting with themselves and other customers, but felt like I was looked at and spoken to with judgement or disdain for not looking at the most expensive options in the store. I was helped at the very least but I wasnt sure what I wanted so I left without a purchase. Don't think I'll return once I know what I want from this experience.

Awful experiance, staff lie/deceive. My wife went in for a new battery for her Radley watch today around 3.30pm and the lady working said they would have to send it off to be resealed, she also stated not to to use the other 2 business's in the centre (Timpson and Watch lab) because they dont reseal watches. I went to both business's and they both reseal watches on site without sending away, cheaper than what you charge too. I got it done at Timpson with a lifetine garauntee too.
I think you clearly lied to me on purpose just to try get my money.

My partner and I went looking for an engagement ring. Isobel was absolutely lovely and was so patient and helpful answering all of our questions. (We had so many and she answered every single one of them!)Even reached out to the design team for us to make sure we could get exactly what we had in mind.The best customer service we've ever received.

Came in over the weekend with my partner. A member of staff called Lucy kindly approached us and helped us find what we were looking for. 3 items purchased very happy with customer service. The other member of staff was also lovely and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I popped into the shop today to replace our rings. We had the pleasure of being served by Lucy who showed us a selection to try on, we where made up to find the ones we liked best where our size.

I came in the other day with my sister to look at some ring ideas. Laura-May was incredibly helpful. Not only did she walk us through different stone types and cuts, she also made some fantastic suggestions we hadn't thought of yet. She also guided us through when the best time to purchase was, and gave us some other things to think about that we may not have even thought of. She is an asset to the team and I will definitely be back.

My Fiancée and I visited this Ernest Jones on the hunt for a couple of wedding rings. We dealt with Karen who was absolutely excellent. We have nothing but praise for the service we received and the patience we were shown. Karen also gave us a discount and even offered to clean my fiancée?s engagement ring to get it sparkling again!
