I called up Entwistle Green which was the first agency I tried when requiring a new tenant for my property. I spoke to Cathy Conroy who was absolutely fantastic, extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. Due to the level of professionalism I didn?t even call another agency, left it with Cathy and had numerous viewings the day property was advertised and new tenants ready to move in straight away! Brilliant service from the estate agents from start to finish. They worked really hard to find me a house and from first meeting Abi she made it her mission to help me out at tough time, going the extra mile in customer service. A professional, personal and competent approach which isn?t reflected across some other estate agents. I'm in the process of selling a property with Entwistle Green. I bought the house 6 years ago from another estate agent (won't name and shame); the difference in experience is night and day. Currently sold STC, meaning that to all intents and purposes the job from Entwistle is practically complete. I'll update this review if needs be but right now I have nothing but praise.Over the course of the last couple weeks I've had the pleasure to interact with Louise, Stephen and Chris. The advice I was given initially was absolutely spot on, in terms of what price to list at and what to expect. I was told the property 'was a credit to me' and that they doubted I'd have to go below asking price. I ended up agreeing the sale for above asking.Everyone knows that this is a tough market at the moment. Admittedly I'd done the right things before calling Entwistle Green in ensuring the property stood out, but everything to do with sales strategy came from them and they hit it out the park.It's not just the result that counts, though; it's the process. Not only are they a very professional team but it's obvious they communicate between themselves exceptionally well. Just a few hours after every batch of viewings, I'd get a call from Chris, who hadn't personally conducted them, to give me an update on how things went, communicating any offers as well as general impressions/feedback. There was one time only one person was in the office, someone I hadn't dealt with before, and their ability to provide the same level of feedback was identical to Chris'. This is a team that works as a team to deliver impeccable levels of service.The quality of the property, coupled with the pricing and viewings strategy meant the house sold just 8 days after listing. And again - the sale was above asking price. To achieve this in a tough market speaks volumes about the team at Entwistle.This was my first time selling a property and I made clear at every stage that this is their profession and I'm therefore not going to contradict their advice based on my own personal feelings (that doesn't mean I didn't press for the odd justification though!). To do that requires humility and trust; trust that was quickly won and was clearly not misplaced. I can't recommend highly enough.

Nicola and the team at Entwistle Green were amazing. They were very helpful throughout the selling of my property. Nicola was always available for help, and acted as an excellent liaison between me and my solicitors. Their service is much appreciated and I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling their property.
