Absolute joke of a network , I have numerous text messages saying network issues EE promise a lot and deliver very little , used to be a great network but now it's all about profit and the customer service is shocking!!

Very bad, i hed an appointment in the ee store few days ago, but i did not get any response from them i went for change my plan, one of ee employees who said that he can't help me because I ordered from online that's why.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a customer advisor from EE that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the level of service provided. Despite reaching out for assistance regarding my situation, the advisor's rude demeanor and lack of understanding only added to my existing challenges.From the moment I initiated the conversation, it became evident that the customer advisor had little patience or empathy for my concerns. Instead of listening attentively and attempting to grasp the gravity of my situation, the advisor seemed disinterested and dismissive. This lack of basic courtesy and respect was deeply disheartening and made it difficult for me to effectively communicate my needs.

Personally, I believe that if places like EE stopped wasting ridiculously vast sums of money in advertising, they might be able to afford to give their customers a better deal. Thankyou for your comment Sam.2 things. Firstly, I cannot get to Preston until the New Year. Secondly, I am one person. My comment is "more globally focused".

Excellent customer service. Went into vodafone first to try get a basic phone for my almost 80yr old nan - and had awful customer service. Decided to try EE and all the staff were very friendly. Got the perfect phone and the young girl even set it up for us doing the SIM card and making sure it had the £10 top up. Couldn't fault the service.

A very poor experience regarding a phone screen repair. It clearly says on the website that you can bring your phone in and have it repaired within two hours. What the staff member told me was that they couldn't repair it at the preston branch and it needed sending off. So either he was wrong or the website was. Either way I wasted my time, petrol and carpark fee.
