Staff really helpful, a wide range of stuff for your home. We didn't go in the cafe, but it looked pretty decent. Not masses of parking but just enough.

GLUTEN FREE!!
As a coeliac I was overjoyed to see gluten free sandwich options in the Pausa Cafe! Was very relieved after visiting Tesco Superstore, Boots and Waitrose and seeing no salads, or sandwiches that were coeliac safe!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Preston Dunelm store today. I went in to return a faulty parasol that I bought from the Blackburn branch. I had called customer service that morning and was told I could return it to any store within 12 months with the receipt.
However, when I arrived at the Preston store, the team leader was unhelpful and insisted I return the parasol to Blackburn, despite the contradictory information I received. He kept making excuses, even questioning the fault with the parasol and insisting I needed the original packaging. It was a frustrating and unnecessary hassle.
I strongly recommend that the Preston store staff are better trained on the return policy and that the information provided to customers is consistent. Very disappointed with the experience.

The store is fine but the cafe is slow and chaotic with poor service and uncleaned tables. There is only one person at the counter and she is overwhelmed by the queue. We are still waiting for our food with two small children after a considerable time.
