Had a good idea what Mattress I wanted as I already had a Tempur one. Suppling the staff with a photo of that one I was able to chose a similar one. The sales assistant made me aware of prices discounts etc. Giving me a clear picture of my purchase costs. Highly satisfied .

I highly recommend you go to Dreams Preston for all your bed and mattress shopping. We were so happy and impressed with the customer care from the staff. The sales lady and shop manager welcomed us and made our mattress shopping feel very easy and exciting. Taylor ( the sales lady) was so patient and very lovely to both me and my husband and took her time to explain about each of the mattresses we had selected for us to make a decision on which one to get. She is truly amazing and definitely l will go back to Dreams Preston anytime if l need a bed or mattress.
Last but not least a massive thank you to the shop manager for the mattress protector and bed set from Dreams. Thank you so much and l will definitely post my pictures with the Dreams bedding on.????????

When to this shop even it is further away from me as the staff in the Blackpool store just looked down on and were more interested in the 3 of them talking between them selves the staff in Preston store were great

We would recommend anyone who requires a new mattress to go to Dreams on North Road, Preston. The service from Carol could not have been better, a lovely lady. She explained everything about the mattress, guarantee and even the receipt in detail. Brilliant!

We went looking for a mattress not a clue what to buy we were greeted by Carol the sales person offered a drink which my partner accepted. Carol was extremely helpful the experience of finding the correct mattress was very helpful. All the way through the sale I could not fault. The entire service with Dreams I can not fault including the delivery. Well done Dreams I would definitely recommend you.
