I recently had to cancel a cruise and sent the insurance claim forms to the Longton Health CentreI had to wait a long time for the forms to be completed by a Dr Farndell at a cost of £50When I finally received the completed forms they had the hallmark of a rushed job by a doctor I have ne er met and who was not fully informed of my situationWhat is worrying is the fact that there is no recognition of the fact that the instability and dizziness that I originally reported eventually resulted in a heart attack which has left me in hospital awaiting open heart surgeryDr Matthew Smith
