You ring Currys up on the number provided and talk to a human being, ive tried & tried, needed some advice about an old computer-this has caused me to question whether I should buy a laptop top from them, why can't you have a local Preston number to call, does not make sense

We got quoted a washing machine at a discounted price as the unit had a substantial amount of damage. Then the employee's refused to give the discount and said we had to pay full price, we could only buy the washing machine with a £30 discount along as we buy a brand new 43inch Samsung tv? Absoulte madness

Staff were super friendly and helpful, maybe a little bit too much! Having 4 different staff members ask me if I was okay, felt like an overload! (I'd already made a decision on my purchase by that point too!)

Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!
Absolutely the worst customer service.
You can't get any service from here
Better to go Deepdale, even Blackburn or Chorley, you'll get quicker than here

Disgraceful customer service, nobody to serve customers. Manager akash was busy queuing people up instead of getting customers served

I went in to buy an M.2 SSD, nowhere to be seen, so I asked a Staff member who told me it was a pen drive. I explained that it wasn't and told him what it actually was, he didn't seem to know what I was talking about and showed me the normal SSD Drives which I clearly didn't want/need. It amazes me that they can call it PC World and not sell M.2 Drives. But you can buy toasters...
I was also looking online at buying a new pc as I initially wasn't sure if it was the M.2 Drive that had blown. Almost everything is available for collection in 2 days. It was an emergency, I need my PC for work and it was a Saturday.
What happened to the days when you could go into a shop and buy something the same day? Sure they do stock some things, but your choices are very limited and usually stupidly expensive.
I'll be shopping with Amazon from now on.
