Not the best Curry experience! Staff slow to help. Not vey knowledgeable. Might as well Shopped online as TV not available to take away so had to pay for next day delivery!
Car park run by separate company best described as bandits!! Fined £60
For 1 minute 40 seconds partially straddling yellow markings after a car nearly hit me going wrong way! Appealed and of course rejected . Avoid as worst shopping experience in years!

Easy to use click and collect service. The shop has olenty of choice for gadgets and household appliances. Quite a few staff visible.

Excellent customer service the staff are very helpful and I would recommend going to the store for any questions you have about the products you're buying, seeing the product does make you realize the difference in quality which cannot be seen when buying online. Great range on display and lots of space to walk around and explore

This is why people buy online instead! 20 minutes I waited for someone to help me spend approx £1,000 on a new PC tower. After 20 minutes I asked when I was going to be served to which I was told ?you?ll be served when someone is free?. I must note that there were only around 4 sets of customers in the shop at this time and I counted at least 8 staff members, most of which were fluffing around trying to look busy. I responded and said ?il leave it then and go and spend my money elsewhere? to which the rude staff member said ?yeah no worries go for it?. Only visit this store if you have time to stand around waiting? god knows what it?s like over a busy weekend! Good luck? you?ll need it!

Nice big place with big car park Dylan was great advisor but girl processing the payment really needs some training. She struggled with putting items through which made paying part long and difficult.
Other than that, good place for all your electronic needs and good prices.

There's lots of lovely people in there so couldn't give less than 4stars, 1 star deducted for Dale's service . When asked for assistance of certain colleague I've been told they're busy (rude way)they have que and been left on my own, as a regular customer I felt neglected , that is not how you treat a customer..all other colleagues -lovely

Don't ask advice about gaming laptops, I was sold an Acer Aspire 3. I was told it would run a certain game. Turns out it's not a gaming laptop at all.
