Called in this morning to check out the home cinema systems and soundbars. Was in the soundbar isle approx 15 mins and nobody offered to help me. After seeking assistance I was then told non of the soundbars or home cinema systems are available for a demo as they do not work. ( every soundbar has a demo available so you can sample sound before you buy) Every other electrical item in the shop such as tvâ??s etc was working fine and it was obvious they had not been plugged in or simply turned on yet as it was 15 mins after opening. I was told by staff theyâ??ll go and find someone to turn them on, after waiting a further 10 mins he was serving people on the counter and hadnâ??t even let me know what was going on. Not one person interested in the shop. Garbage.

Going to PC world, currys or carphone warehouse nowadays is a "last resort" for me. Based on 1 thing. The service is so slow, uninformed and terrible overall.
Just order online. I tell myself this every time and fail to learn. That's my fault. Don't be like me. Just go on Amazon.

You would have thought that click and collect would be quite quick and easy but sadly, my experience was abysmal. Loads of staff stood around but no one actually doing anything productive. Took over an hour to wait whilst various people got involved in my purchase then went off to do other things. Not a smile or a welcome from anyone, it was the most depressing purchase experience ever. Constantly being asked if I want to buy anti virus or office software and having to repeat myself several times and don't even get me started on the mumbling attempt at speech from several of the staff. Will certainly not be shopping here ever again
