Lovely, polite and helpful staff. Made drinks perfectly and quickly despite being abused by a Karen throwing a tantrum because she was asked to rejoin the queue after receiving her drinks and then later deciding she wanted cakes. Despite her best efforts to ruin the atmosphere, the baristas were cheerful, engaging with the customers who had manners, and friendly.

Sometimes it's the little things that can change a person's day..wasn't having the best of birthdays..the staff really cheered me up and customer care is often overlooked..what you did for me today was really appreciated ? would highly recommend going to see these guys when at the Odeon.

Excellent service from a very polite member of staff. White hot chocolate and cake was delicious. Car park with disabled bays .Tables and seating area was spotlessly clean . Toilets available within cinema area . Would definitely pop in again.Parking: Few disabled bays plenty of regular as parking is for Odeon cinema aswellWheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking, entrance and toilet

Regular visitor before cinema. So, so, slow. Rarely see the same staff. Seems they use it for training, then possibly they move to other locations.

Very clean, well fitted furniture solid and comfortable, well trained staff with a quality drink. All Costa coffee shops should follow their example. A real gem , don?t change anything.

Male member of staff was not very friendly and more or less grunted at us, didn't offer anything over and above what he needed to. You either get cant do enough for you or can't be bothered doing anything
