Products like any other costa coffee. Service friendly enough but when I pay close to £5-00 for a drink I do not want to have to go through the indignity of having to ask how I get into one of their 2 toilets, which are both locked. For that reason alone, I will not be going again.

Always busy and bustling with customers. Plenty of staff who are both friendly and helpful, therefore queuing time is not lengthy. In a great location close to the city centre and the Costa itself is on a shopping complex along with Aldi, The Range and other huge stores, including Smyth's toy store. Car parking is free for 3 hours and run by Euro Car Parks. Plenty of spaces to park. I would recommend this Costa and I am now a regular, visiting at least once weekly.

Staff didnt have a clue from the word go!!! My daughter & I had the Costa App to get a £1 off a hot drink. Girl at till didnt know what to do! The other person she asked for help wasnt much better! I got £1 off my hot chocolate which was served up in a plastic cup. Which looked like a road crash from the hot chocolate in the photos displayed around the store!! My daughter didnt manage to get a £1 off her drink! As it didnt work on the till! My whole experience was total rubbish!! Would rather of spent my money somewhere else!! Worst Costa ever!!! ?

Stopped off for the osprey charging point nearby on our way down from Scotland. Lovely staff helped me look for my phone that I thought I?d lost! (I was very tired!) delicious lemon tart and a cup of tea. Thanks!

Extremely clean, friendly coffee shop on Queen At Retail Park.
There is a drive thru if you're wanting coffee on the go. Otherwise the shop itself has many tables for you to comfortably sit. Baby chairs are available as is outside seating.
Like all Costa stores it has a phenomenal array of cakes , biscuits and savoury food.
Parking: The parking is part of the Queen Street Retail Park
Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessibility for wheelchairs but I would suggest that it would be dependant on other customers moving their chairs in. As a wheelchair user I had to use the table directly in front of the service counter.

Ordered a panini which I have had multiple times and different costas but this one took a turn for the worse. Within 5 minutes my lips swelled to the point I felt I had had lip filler. Don?t risk the tuna panini unless you are close to a Tesco pharmacy for antihistamine

As a vegan I was really disappointed in the extremely poor availability of food that I could purchase. There was ONLY ONE vegan option in total which was a fruit bun... Simply not good enough. Plenty of Costas offer vegan toasties and cakes so I don't understand why this one doesn't.
This review is no reflection upon the staff who were friendly and welcoming.
Dietary restrictions: Only one vegan food option which is pretty appalling for a Costa.

I?m normally not a Costa fan. But this one I really like! The staff here are always lovely, and my coffee is always made perfect. Great atmosphere to bring a laptop and do some work.
Parking: You can only park for 3 hours

Don?t eat a cornflake nest as they are stale and apparently they are all like this..?..no refund will be given by the rude staff once you?ve tried the item even tho that the only way to find out it?s actually soft and chewy not hard and crispy like a normal cornflake cake nest is.

Very good shop but prices are getting silly now. Only £1.49 at McDonald?s.
