Staff member who made my drinks was rude and rolled his eyes when asking to put some cold milk in the boiling hot babychino he gave to me for my 1 year old, its a good job i checked it or he would of burnt himself, staff use to br so lovely in here what happened!!

Yesterday 25/5/22 i visited Costa Coffee, 73 Friargate Walk in Preston. The girl who served me called KARIRA was very pleasant, helpful, bubbly and patient and kept smiling while taking my order. She repeated the order back to me to make sure it was right. She had exceptional customer service that i havent received as good as any where else. I was very happy. I thanked her very well throughtout and when leaving. The other girl working with her called OLA presented my hot choc with so much perfection. I took pictures and didnt want to mix it because it looked so good. I asked KARIRA to leave her feedback and asked for the email address and other information regarding feedback, she kept coming to my table to give updates but also didnt want to disturb me while eating. I thought that was very nice and respectful of her. This is the customer service i give and want back in return. I will only be going back there for my hot chocolate in the future just because of her. These two girls worked really well together and really hard as i watched them while having my hot chocolate and waiting for information. The shop was spotless with them keeping on top of the cleaning.

We asked for frostino in vegan version, the manager checked the ingredient list and made sure that they could make it vegan, he also washed the blender to make sure that?s 100% clean for us. Very satisfied with the service the staff was super nice to us, thank you ???

Great addition to Fulwood Preston, great use of an old bank. You can even have a drink in the old safe, just make sure the door doesn't close on you.

Never had a coffee as soon as I walked up to the counter there was one person serving and she didn't give me a chance to decide what I wanted and stood there rudely staring at me for what seemed forever made me feel really uncomfortable. She never asked me if I needed more time so rude no people skills at all don't even deserve one star ....

I used it a lot when in preston, excellent position in the shopping centre, can get busy in rush hours but a good place to drink coffee.
