Avoid- long waits, nasty coffee, place is full of weird folk who get upset when you sit down at a vacant table. Toilet looked like a poo-bomb had gone off- clearly hadn?t been cleaned all day ?

Emily was patient with me as I was undecided on my order; luckily no one else was waiting behind me. Ordered my free coffee bean large chai latte and a babychino. Both were made perfectly. ? I would go back to this branch without hesitation just for the service.

When you go to these sort of cafes in Xmas / New Year's period and you see the festive offers, you have a certain expection about the vibe inside... jingles or festive background, smiling staff, welcoming, warm and a bit of a buzz...
But here there was none of this. It felt gloomy and unwelcoming. Staff seemed a bit worked up...
Bought two of the festive hot chocolate drinks. This was better than the standard hot chocolate drinks. It was caramel and nut flavour, but I'm not sure which nuts, as that flavour was not coming through or was very weak. The caramel flavour though was pleasing.
The cafe was mostly empty, but later started getting bit busier.
Not the best of branches...

Been here about 3 or 4 times and it?s always been pleasant. The 3 girls that work here are really sweet and work really hard and efficiently , they are really friendly too ??

Busy! Two servers fast, efficient and friendly.I was asked by one of the staff if I needed them to carry the tray for me.I was ok but appreciated the offer.
