I had 6 sessions of laser hair removal with Liv. In my very first session she caught my tattoo with the laser. I was assured that it would not be permanently damaged and that we would cover them up for my remaining sessions. I did try to book further sessions afterwards as it made sense to continue where I started. However, after an ignored Instagram message I decided to book elsewhere. My tattoo is also disfigured and did not go back to normal as I was assured it would. I have only been at my new lady for 2 sessions and have seen much better results in 2 than I did with Liv. My new lady has explained that there was no way my tattoo would not have been damaged if it was touched by the laser. She is hopeful that a tattoo artist may be able to fix it but it won't be for a while. I will also have to pay to travel 4 hours and pay to have it fixed as the original tattoo artist is not local. I have tried to contact Liv on several occasions. However, she has not responded to my messages and the phone is never answered at the salon. Therefore I've had no choice but to leave this review. I would urge people with tattoos to avoid having laser here.

Terrible service if you want to get let down last minute then go contour. They never answer the phone my wife booked nails here cancelled on the morning of the appointment, how convenient? Still not refunded the deposit which she paid last week yet we was told it was being arranged getting beyond a joke now!!!Service: Acrylic nails

Quite disappointed in this my second booking for gel toe nails. Originally Grace did my nails and they were outstanding, however, she is no longer there and my nails didn't last for my 10 day holiday. Will not be returning.Service: Pedicure
