“I went to hand some donations in on the reception was the lady whom I believe is the manager was on there by herself and was on the phone I waited to talk to her about the stuff I had brought when she got off the phone she informed me that they where under staffed due to holidays and sickness but the way she was showed she was easily coping with the daily stuff”
