Absolutely disgusting service my children caught nits from there school (behaviour and special needs schools) and the woman told me I would have to bring my 3 children into the shop for her to search their hairs. Then when I came into the shop to explain to her that my children will not allow her to touch them without a breakdown she refused to serve me not lotions.

An absolute disgrace. They didn?t put my partners medication back on the system ( the spine ) because they didn?t have his medication like they never do ,so my partner asked the young girl to put them back on the system so he could get it at asda ,so when my partner went to asda to collect his prescription asda didn?t have it on there system so my partner couldn?t get his medication. Cohans chemist is closed all weekend so my partner had to ring 111 to try and get some emergency tablets to last him till the Monday when he could collect his proper medication. Not only that the staff are rude and they never seam to want to help you. There?s only one lady that?s nice that works there. There are a lot of other things that Cohans don?t live up to but I?d be writing on here forever. We?ve now moved to asda chemist instead.

Awful. Rude staff, limited stock, you have to wait two days after they get your prescription from the doctors and they are not open on the weekends. A terrible business

A chemist that doesn't open weekends.. not even Sat morning ? If it's a religion thing then maybe get a different business. Ppl need access to these places. Stock is rather limited too.

Don?t know why they?re not open on Saturday, my only time off work and it?s pretty much impossible for me to pick up my prescriptions. Definitely wouldn?t recommend and I?m going to be changing soon
