Convenient Local store. If you have a Co op card it's as competitive as anywhere else. I buy essentials here, bread, milk, fizzy pop, haribo and chocolate.
The hound lady on tills tonight was really helpful and very friendly. I'm disabled so I really appreciated her putting my groceries in my bag.
Support these stores because you'll regret it if it goes.

Contacted customer services as the tracking information for my order showed the delivery had been completed but I hadn't actually received the groceries. Apparently the order was cancelled because, according to the genuinely lovely lady on the telephone, the store had to be closed as a member of staff had literally just walked out!
If you've visited the store and experienced the staff (particularly certain female members) you can totally understand why a colleague simply just walked out.
As I rely on this shop for 'top up' items between big orders due to being housebound, I'm extremely disappointed and more than a little angry with the situation.
Save yourself hassle and wasted time by avoiding using this store, for delivery at least. Use Sainsbury's, Morrisons or Asda through Uber Eats instead

I love this shop. Staff friendly, very clean. The only thing they could improve is to ask for another till to be opened sooner when there is a queue. They tend to make customers wait instead of just calling another staff member to come on the tills. Frustrating when you just nip in for a couple of items but then it takes a long time to get served.

I ordered via Ubereats and you gave me missing items -- again. Like I just let the first few times go because I thought you were busy with customers. But this time, I felt really disappointed how can you not read the quantity of orders correctly?

Was being served by this very arrogant member of staff throwing his weight around when he?s not even the manager.
Had a sour face the entire time serving me and when we was done I asked him if next time he served me if he would have less of an attitude and he immediately goes ?don?t bother coming in again? he has no reasonable grounds to ban me and when I then requested to speak to the manager he refused to give his name or let me know when she?s next in. He also accused me of having problems with other members of staff in the store and as there was 2 other members of staff who I then asked if they had ever had a problem with me they both said no. I had to ask the colleague near him when the manager will be in next and she said from 3pm tomorrow. He kept refusing to give his name so I was then forced to take his picture for my Google review as you can see he was also covering up his name tag. I think this old man working at co op generally just has a chip on his shoulder and just tries to take it out on the customers. Why get a job in customer service if you indeed have no customer service. Turns out his name is Keith.

Disrespectful staff make to wait for about more than 10 minutes and still saying that need to serve the customers first. I respect customer should be served but they should know that the drivers gets paid only when they deliver the food but not the hourly wages. If i get paid hourly wage even i can wait for about 1 hour if required. There should some other staff coming around and need to serve the order for the drivers. This is very disrespectful experience i have faced with one of their staff.

The sheer amount of times I have been to this shop great staff great deals and they really do a great job in getting as much goods as possible in quite a small shop tbh
