The customer service I got here at this branch (Clark?s Deepdale Retail Park, Preston) was excellent and all down to Meg. How attentive and wonderful is this lady. I was hesitant on ordering my son?s school shoes in a particular size but she reassured me, got my son to try them on; she was really attentive to my 5yr old too; got him engaging in conversation. I guessed she might be a student and spoke to her about it. Imagine under all the stress of uni life she still managed to give 100% to her customers in her part time job. If there?s anything that?s going to make me visit this store again it?s the service from this absolutely lovely delightful young lady. Hope her parents are proud of her. She has been brought up with great manners. As for the store it was lovely, clean, nice & tidy and looked pretty well stocked. I quite literally traipsed around 11 shoe shops with my daughter a couple of weeks ago, completely unable to find a pair of school shoes that fit her. We were sent to this store by Grace in the Fishergate store (who was lovely and helpful!), we were looked after by Asher. Asher managed to find a pair of school shoes that fit after the second try! They then managed to find trainers on the first attempt! Our absolute shoe saviour! They were also so lovely and friendly, even though we turned up pretty close to closing time. Nothing was too much hassle for them.Will definitely come straight to this store next time we have a footwear need. Thank you, Asher!

We very rarely experience better customer service than Charley provided today. From start to finish she made the shopping experience comfortable, informative and helped to ensure the shoe I wanted was held for a day in the central Preston branch as they were not available in the Deepdale branch.
