I had a return but wanted the same boot but smaller size. The manager spent ages sorting the return, finding the ones I wanted and requesting them. She spent ages when she could have just said not available. Went above and beyond.

Halima is an asset to this branch. We came in for school shoes for my girls. She approached us in such a friendly manner asking if we were ok and could she help in any way. She measured my daughter and went away to get some shoes in her size. She was knowledgeable. Talking about each shoe as she went along. She was so helpful and lovely. We will put a trustpilot review on aswell. Very happy with the service halima provided. Very friendly knowledgable and proffesional.

Had a really lovely experience here the other day, the two ladies who helped me out couldn't have been more kind and attentive whilst I was trying on the shoes. As I struggle finding ones that fit me due to needing insoles they measured me and went back and forth to the stockroom in order to find the right shoes for me. I managed to get 2 pairs of work shoes that fit correctly which I am delighted with as this is something that is quite often a challenge for me. I will be returning! Would recommend to anyone who struggles with shoes and needs that extra bit of support!

Exceptional customer service, recently attended Preston branch to get my daughter's feet measured and to buy some winter boots, my daughter is 19 and has a learning difficulty. We were served by Elaine, who was attentive and superb in all aspects of communicating with us and my daughter and allowing her to enjoy the shoe shopping experience with great glee and excitement. This is our 2nd visit - once in summer for sandals and this time for boots, both such lovely experiences, this time made possible by the friendly in-store team and Elaines exceptional customer service. Great experience today. My daughter was initially very reluctant to have her feet measured, however Abi the shop assistant was really helpful and introduced herself and suggested moving to a quieter area as it was very busy! She took her time with my daughter who went away with a lovely new pair of well fitted shoes.
