We have ordered from here for years but we won't be ordering from here again. Food is always late by at least 20/30mins late which is sometimes understandable however this time and on a few other occasions the food was an hour late! When I phoned up after half an hour after expected delivery time I was told they were already on their way only for it to turn up half an hour later which means I was lied to. Food is ok but not worth the wait anymore.

I order a food 30min before I started from home and later I went to shop to collect as it was not ready yet and there was big beard person as he was very rude with customers by hitting the table I think he is the boss but his behavior is very poor on customers service, please be polite and respectful with customers as you food is secondary how you treat people is first.
Need respect to customers....I hope you understand

Hi guys, as u know I order off u most weekends, have done now for 5 years !! Your food is amazing and so consistent ! Just thought I would share this with other people, yeah you might wait for 1 hour + but to me that is freshly cooked and they are busy ? great staff, AMAZING FOOD !! cheers guys, Chris, Longton ?
