Friendly and helpful but don't expect to get the best value for your trade-in items and resale prices are only marginally cheaper than buying new on many items, especially current console games.On review, be careful what you buy. Often, the products they sell are more expensive than other second hand retailers and even buying brand new. The 2 year warranty they give on console games definitely isn't worth the additional cost.

Yesterday's experience in this store was very bad. The store stunk of something bad as soon as I entered. I'm not sure if it's because of the state of the place, the staff, or even both.Besides that, the prices on some items are definitely inflated and sell for way cheaper on Marketplace and other competitor stores. I decided to look at these items and how much they sell for online and was appalled by how little they give you for how much they mark it up. Almost daylight robbery.As of my selling experience, I can only relate this to a few weeks ago, but it's still something to note. Was basically shown the door instead because they "don't take the item" after testing it for an hour. Hope you had fun playing on it ? waste of my time.

Really good range of items. Let down by condition (at times) and staff issues. I was stood waiting to be served with no queue for ages.Responding to CEXs reply:Feedback taken on board regarding the click and collect option.Although there is a distinct difference between staff "fulfilling online orders" and standing around staring into thin air. Which 1 gentlemen did in particular on my visit on the 31st July.In regards to the condition of items (to provide clarity) I have attempted to buy multiple games from this store only to find that the discs are cracked when at the till. These simply cannot be played and should not be taken, due to the risk of the game shattering in my console.

My 12 year old son bought a second hand Xbox game which wouldn?t load on two of our consoles, we returned it and it was changed. We tried the second one and that doesn?t load either !, asked for a refund as we now have no confidence in the shop but they said no as we have scratched the disc !!!!, which we hadn?t but nice customer service tactic !!, shameful to leave a young boy out of pocket !!
